Booking Policy

Guests should select the service that most closely matches the requested result. If additional time or a different service is required, the lounge may recommend an adjustment before confirmation.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until the guest receives an approved booking confirmation through the active booking system or directly from the lounge.

First-time guests should arrive five to ten minutes early for check-in and consultation. Arriving late may reduce available service time or require rescheduling.
