No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

The lounge will make a reasonable effort to preserve the appointment, but the service may be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled if completing it would affect later guests.

Failure to arrive without notice may result in loss of deposit, a fee, or a requirement to prepay a future appointment, subject to the approved booking terms.

Management may restrict online booking for repeated late cancellations or no-shows and offer direct booking assistance instead.
